Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Melosurf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Melosurf is a voice-powered AI assistant for Ableton Live that helps you create music through natural conversation. The service may include beta features that are still in development.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Melosurf
• You must not share your account credentials with others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Use the service to create harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

Intellectual Property

Melosurf and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any music or content you create using Melosurf.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features, if any, will be billed on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

Beta Features and Availability

Early-access and beta features are provided "as-is" and may change or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melosurf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Melosurf after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
